📋 Description

• Handle incoming sales calls from clients, assess their storage requirements, and suggest suitable storage units.

• Demonstrate the capability to address objections effectively to secure a reservation for a storage unit or finalize the rental over the phone.

• Assist current customers by responding to inquiries, processing payments, and resolving issues.

• Conduct outbound calls to follow up on rental bookings.

• Achieve personal and team qualitative and quantitative objectives.

• Execute tasks assigned by Supervisor(s).
