This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

• Manage incoming sales calls to assess customers’ storage requirements.

• Suggest suitable storage unit options.

• Address objections effectively to secure reservations or complete rentals via phone.

• Respond to inquiries from current customers, process payments, and address any issues.

• Initiate outbound calls to follow up on rental bookings.

• Achieve both personal and team goals, both qualitative and quantitative.

• Carry out tasks as assigned by supervisors.
