Sales Center Agent – Bilingual French Canadian, English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Handle incoming sales inquiries from customers to assess their storage requirements.

• Suggest suitable storage unit options based on customer needs.

• Address objections effectively to secure reservations or facilitate unit rentals over the phone.

• Respond to inquiries from current customers, process payments, and address any concerns.

• Conduct outbound calls to follow up on rental reservations.

• Achieve both personal and team performance goals, both qualitative and quantitative.

• Execute tasks assigned by the Supervisor(s).

• Bilingual proficiency in French Canadian and English.

• Exceptional verbal, phone, and email communication abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously is essential.

• Willingness to work on weekends.
