Sales Center Agent, Bilingual French Canadian – English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Handle incoming sales calls while assessing customers’ storage requirements

• Suggest suitable storage unit options

• Address objections effectively to secure storage unit reservations or finalize rentals over the phone

• Respond to inquiries from existing customers, process payments, and resolve issues

• Conduct outbound calls to follow up on rental reservations

• Achieve both personal and team performance targets, both qualitative and quantitative

• Execute tasks as assigned by supervisors

• Bilingual proficiency in French Canadian and English

• Strong computer skills

• Excellent communication skills via verbal, phone, and email

• Ability to foster relationships, both internally and externally

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Willingness to work on weekends
