Sales Center Agent, Bilingual French Canadian – English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Handle incoming sales calls from customers and assess their storage requirements.

• Suggest suitable storage units based on customer needs.

• Address objections to secure storage unit bookings or finalize rentals over the phone.

• Respond to inquiries from existing customers, process payments, and address any concerns.

• Make outbound calls to follow up on rental reservations.

• Achieve both personal and team qualitative and quantitative goals.

• Carry out tasks as directed by supervisors.
