This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Handle incoming sales calls from customers to assess their storage requirements.

• Suggest suitable storage units based on customer needs.

• Address objections to secure storage-unit bookings or finalize rentals via phone.

• Respond to inquiries from existing customers, process payments, and address any issues.

• Conduct follow-up calls on rental reservations.

• Achieve both individual and team performance goals, both qualitative and quantitative.

• Execute tasks as directed by supervisors.
