Sales Center Agent, Bilingual (French Canadian, English)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Handle incoming sales calls from clients; assess their storage requirements and suggest a suitable storage unit.

• Address objections to secure a reservation for a storage unit or finalize the rental over the phone.

• Respond to inquiries, process payments, and resolve issues for current customers.

• Make outbound calls to follow up on rental bookings.

• Achieve both personal and team qualitative and quantitative goals.

• Carry out tasks assigned by Supervisor(s).
