Sales Call Center Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Proactively reach out to current telecommunications customers via phone

• Implement tariff modifications

• Manage contract renewals

• Re-engage former customers

• Availability to work from Monday to Saturday between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.

• Commit to a fixed late shift or alternate weekly between early and late shifts

• Engage in training related to the product portfolio, communication strategies, and sales techniques

• Opportunities for career advancement within the S-KON Academy, progressing from Agent to Team Leader

• Apply directly without a cover letter; participate in an introductory interview and be placed in a suitable project

⛳️ Requirements

• Ideally, some initial experience in telephone sales or customer service

• Career changers with innate sales talent are encouraged to apply

• A quiet workspace at home

• Reliable internet connection with a minimum download speed of 50 Mbps

• Proficient in using a PC

• Strong IT skills

• Technical aptitude

• Excellent proficiency in the German language

• Friendly and clear communication over the phone
