Sales Call Center Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Deliver inbound first-level assistance to current customers

• Provide technical support for television, telephone, and internet-related issues

• Offer personalized product recommendations and optimize existing contracts

• Recognize sales opportunities during each call

• Participate in three weeks of paid training on a permanent early shift (Monday to Friday)

• Engage in a two-shift system following training

• Work every other weekend, with corresponding time off during the week

• Adhere to a shift schedule prepared weeks in advance

⛳️ Requirements

• Career changers are not eligible; we are looking for seasoned support and sales professionals

• Minimum of one year of call center experience required

• Experience in technical services within the telecommunications sector is preferred

• At least one year of sales experience is necessary

• Proven track record of consistently meeting sales targets

• Dependability and a willingness to work scheduled hours

• No secondary employment permitted

• Excellent German language proficiency (C1 level)

• Must reside in Germany

• 40 hours per week across a five-day workweek

• Openness to working a two-shift system from Monday to Sunday, between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m.

• Availability to work every other weekend
