
Sales Business Development Manager – Splunk

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +4 more states.
• Structure and draft sales transactions with a focus on transactional integrity and adherence to company guidelines.
• Draft Order Documents and assist the sales team during customer negotiations.
• Become proficient in Splunk buying programs and their associated metrics.
• Facilitate the management of Strategic Deals.
• Support discussions, coordinate involved parties, outline next steps, identify gaps, and manage escalations.
• Oversee the Order Document process from start to finish, negotiate directly with customers, collaborate with internal partners, draft essential business language, and comply with internal systems and procedures.
• Deliver sales training and enablement regarding deal structure, programs, and pricing, while serving as a trusted partner and advisor to sales leadership.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in strategic deal management and/or relevant experience supporting sales.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly articulate with a proven ability to interact, influence, and collaborate with a diverse range of individuals at all organizational levels.
• Self-driven and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• Experience in sales, financial planning and analysis, or sales operations analysis is preferred; an MBA is an advantage.
