This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +3 more states.
• Propel revenue expansion, broaden industrial markets, and enhance OEM and channel partnerships.
• Formulate and implement strategic growth initiatives.
• Cultivate long-lasting relationships with customers.
• Collaborate across various functions to impact product development and market strategies.
• Spearhead market development and growth efforts for all geared motor product lines.
• Perform market and competitive analysis to discover new opportunities and customer requirements.
• Create strategies with portfolio and product teams to respond to emerging market trends.
• Assist in new business proposals, deals, and contract integration with operations.
• Establish and sustain robust relationships with customers and channels.
• Collaborate with sales teams and leadership to assess performance and refine strategies.
• Provide technical and sales training to internal teams, channel partners, and customers.
• Improve customer experience and bolster brand loyalty.
• Represent Innomotics at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Over 10 years of experience in business development or sales (preferably with geared motors).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Highly organized, results-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities.
• Self-motivated with the capability to thrive in dynamic environments.
• Proficient in forecasting, planning, and articulating growth strategies.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Willingness to travel for customer engagements, market development, and industry events.
