This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Generate qualified sales opportunities by scheduling meetings with key decision-makers, such as Operations Managers, Directors, Sustainability Leads, and senior stakeholders.
• Conduct proactive outbound outreach, primarily through phone calls, aiming for approximately 100+ calls daily.
• Engage with prospects via email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and social selling efforts.
• Qualify potential opportunities by assessing business needs, challenges, and sustainability objectives.
• Manage and maintain an accurate sales pipeline utilizing HubSpot CRM.
• Keep CRM records updated with interactions, activities, and subsequent steps regarding prospects.
• Follow up with warm leads generated through marketing initiatives, SEO, and inbound inquiries.
• Represent the company with professionalism and clearly communicate its sustainability mission.
• Collaborate closely with leadership to enhance messaging, outreach strategies, and target markets.
• Provide market insights to support ongoing improvements in sales strategy.
• Assist with occasional client engagement activities, webinars, and events.
• Proven experience in outbound sales, business development, lead generation, appointment setting, or a related role.
• Confidence in making high-volume outbound calls and engaging with new prospects.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Resilience, persistence, and a proactive approach to sales.
• Excellent written communication skills for email and LinkedIn outreach.
• Ability to manage a sales pipeline effectively and remain organized.
