This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will take charge of all sales and business development activities within your designated region independently.
• From the outset, you will assume responsibility and actively contribute to refining existing processes.
• Your role involves identifying and acquiring new customers in your sales territory.
• You will systematically manage your territory to maximize the potential of your sales pipeline.
• You will provide expert advice to our customers and captivate them with your enthusiasm for our solutions.
• You are accountable for the complete sales cycle from start to finish.
• You will ensure high customer satisfaction and foster long-term, trusting relationships with clients.
• You possess a minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably with a background in the construction industry.
• You have experience with construction machinery or comparable vehicles.
• You are known for your ambition, perseverance, and exceptional closing abilities.
• Your confident and approachable demeanor persuades our customers.
• You demonstrate a strong service orientation and can effectively communicate in the language of our customers.
• You have a structured, goal-oriented, and self-disciplined approach to work.
• You possess excellent communication skills and thrive in a team environment.
• Proficiency in German (spoken and written) and business-fluent English is required.
• You hold a Class B driving license and are open to traveling to meet customers.
