This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Independent responsibility for all aspects of sales and business development.
• Identification and acquisition of new clients within your sales territory.
• Structured management of the area and maximization of the sales pipeline.
• Consulting with clients and generating enthusiasm for the solution.
• Oversight of the entire sales cycle from start to finish.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and building long-term, trusting client relationships.
• At least 3 years of sales experience in a B2B environment.
• Ideally, a background in the construction industry.
• Experience with construction machinery or similar vehicles.
• Ambition, perseverance, and strong closing skills.
• Confident and friendly demeanor.
• High level of service and customer orientation.
• Structured, goal-oriented, and self-organized working style.
• Excellent communication skills and a team player.
• Proficient in German, both spoken and written.
• Negotiation-level English.
• Class B driver's license and willingness to travel to meet clients.
