New Business Development Manager

• Identify, develop, and expedite new business opportunities powered by AI.

• Collaborate with emerging technology firms and startups.

• Direct a cross-functional SWAT team.

• Transform high-potential concepts into quick prototypes, samples, and initial design successes.

• Discover and assess AI-focused startups and emerging tech companies.

• Create and oversee a structured pipeline of opportunities.

• Represent the organization at startup demo days, technical forums, and various ecosystem events.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of experience in new business development, sales or marketing, product management, or advanced applications engineering.

• Proven experience working with startups or within emerging technology ecosystems.

• Familiarity with advanced electronics, PCB, materials, or hardware systems.
