This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate and implement Forum One's growth strategy for the public sector.
• Develop and sustain a robust, qualified, and predictable pipeline.
• Spearhead business development initiatives within Federal, SLED, and nonprofit sectors.
• Meet both individual and team revenue objectives.
• Enhance sales processes, tools, and go-to-market strategies to boost performance and success rates.
• Mentor, coach, and cultivate the skills of business development professionals.
• Set performance metrics, ensure accountability, and maintain pipeline discipline.
• Promote a collaborative and results-driven culture that aligns with Forum One's values.
• Navigate opportunities from the discovery phase through capture, proposal, and closure.
• Create capture strategies, account plans, win themes, and partnership approaches.
• Collaborate with delivery, design, engineering, and strategy teams to develop compelling solutions.
• Build relationships with agency leaders, nonprofit executives, and industry stakeholders.
• Broaden partner networks that enhance Forum One's capabilities and market presence.
• Represent Forum One at industry events, conferences, and client interactions.
• Over 10 years of experience in business development within professional services.
• More than 5 years of experience selling to government agencies and/or mission-driven nonprofits.
• Demonstrated success in meeting revenue targets and managing complex sales efforts.
• Experience in leading and developing high-achieving sales teams.
• Strong grasp of federal procurement processes, capture strategy, and proposal development.
• Background in selling digital, technology, data, design, or consulting services.
• Commission: $70,000–$90,000 annually at 100% quota attainment, with uncapped earning potential
