This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Conduct research to discover potential clients through outbound prospecting, follow-up on inbound leads, and industry analysis.
• Initiate contact via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls to engage prospects and spark interest in AltScore’s offerings.
• Assess leads by understanding their business requirements, challenges, and compatibility with our products.
• Organize and coordinate high-value meetings for the sales team with qualified leads.
• Keep precise and current CRM records (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) to monitor interactions and pipeline development.
• Work in conjunction with the marketing team to enhance outreach tactics and refine messaging.
• Commit to ongoing learning and improvement of best practices for prospecting, outreach, and lead qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing position, ideally within fintech, SaaS, or startups.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus).
• Strong skills in engaging and cultivating relationships through outbound sales techniques.
• A self-motivated attitude with a high level of resilience in a dynamic sales environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and sales engagement platforms.
• Proficient in prioritizing, managing time efficiently, and working autonomously.
• A growth-oriented mindset with a keen interest in enhancing and developing sales capabilities.
• Base Salary: $1,000 - $2,000 USD per month, based on experience + commissions.
