This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Spearhead initiatives for acquiring new customers and driving revenue expansion.
• Mentor and guide a team of sales professionals focused on new business ventures.
• Oversee pipeline management, forecasting, and sales performance metrics.
• Take ownership of the complete sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to facilitate seamless onboarding for new clients.
• Extensive experience in B2B sales, particularly with an emphasis on new business acquisition.
• Demonstrated success in closing deals and fostering growth.
• Leadership background with experience managing sales teams.
• Strong proficiency in pipeline management and adherence to sales discipline.
• Proficient in English (knowledge of additional languages is advantageous).
• Willingness to travel frequently: up to approximately 60%, depending on the region and customer base.
