This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Inbound-focused: You will manage inquiries and warm leads (from website, email, LinkedIn, and events) while ensuring timely responses, adhering to a 24-hour response guideline.
• Qualify & coordinate: Your role will involve qualifying initial contacts, prioritizing them, and scheduling analysis meetings with the relevant consultants, including managing subsequent steps ("no meeting without a follow-up").
• Follow-up & tracking: You will handle follow-ups, monitor open items, and work to minimize "ghosting".
• HubSpot/CRM: Maintaining deals and the pipeline in HubSpot, as well as documenting touchpoints (calls, emails, LinkedIn interactions, webinars, proposals), will be part of your responsibilities.
• Support proposals: You will assist consultants in preparing proposals (coordination, documentation, version control) and in tracking the status of proposals, including follow-up meetings.
• Selective outbound (approx. 15%): You will support targeted outbound activities (such as signals/lists and simple outreach funnels).
• Interface with Marketing: You will collaborate closely with the marketing colleague on lead handovers, campaign alignment, follow-ups, and sharing daily tasks.
• You are seeking a full-time internship (6 months) and wish to engage directly in the sales process.
• You exhibit a structured approach to work, are dependable in follow-ups, and enjoy effective communication.
• A strong interest in HR digitization is essential to us (HR-IT, processes, people analytics, HR software, data).
• Initial experience with HubSpot (or another CRM) is highly valued.
• Knowledge of HR and/or technology is advantageous (e.g., HR processes, HR software, data/analytics, basic understanding of SaaS/IT).
• Fluency in German at C2 level is required, along with a permanent residence in Germany.
