This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients via phone and email.
β’ Your main responsibility will be to reach out to new customers, provide them with detailed explanations of our products, and ensure they receive knowledgeable guidance.
β’ Assist in the completion and submission of applications, along with preparing electronic documentation.
β’ Oversee tasks including document completion and the acquisition of plans.
β’ Perform research duties and manage independent projects.
β’ A keen interest in ESG topics.
β’ Highly organized with excellent organizational abilities.
β’ Strong communication skills and a passion for customer-facing interactions.
β’ A readiness to take on responsibilities.
β’ Proficient in German, both written and spoken.
