Sales Attorney – Abogado / Abogada

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Facilitate strategy sessions with potential clients for 4–5 hours each day

• Evaluate clients’ immigration circumstances and outline available options

• Articulate the firm’s offerings with clarity and confidence

• Prepare for strategy sessions by completing priming calls and proposals

• Finalize contracts, secure payments, and schedule client onboarding appointments on the same day of hire

• Follow up with prospective and undecided clients from previous strategy sessions

• Provide thorough and precise documentation, onboarding checklists, and case information to the Legal team

• Keep accurate CRM records of client engagements, session results, and pipeline activities

• Achieve and surpass individual session conversion benchmarks and monthly retention objectives

⛳️ Requirements

• Licensed attorney in Mexico in good standing; Licenciatura en Derecho and Cédula Profesional are mandatory

• Bilingual in Spanish and English; must possess native-level Spanish and strong English communication abilities

• Proficiency in immigration law, including client eligibility assessment, case type explanation, and viable pathway identification

• Proven track record in a sales or client conversion position, consistently meeting or exceeding targets

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication capabilities

• Excellent active listening skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems, including tracking interactions, managing pipelines, and ensuring data accuracy

• Capability to handle a significant volume of daily interactions while upholding quality, precision, and professionalism
