Legal Concierge

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Offer coaching, care coordination, referral, and appointment services to clients enrolled in the VA Caregiver Legal and Financial program.

• Provide services through phone, text, video, and a case management system.

• Evaluate the needs of participating clients to create personalized plans that include legal information and benefits navigation.

• Monitor, track, and document coaching sessions and associated services in the case management system.

• Take dictation for legal documentation.

• Facilitate web-based audio or video coaching using motivational interviewing, solution-focused techniques, and related skills.

• Assist clients in formulating personal goal plans and identifying actionable steps.

• Link clients to suitable resources and make necessary referrals.

• Complete ongoing training as mandated by the customer and Revelations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience as a paralegal, a Juris Doctor (JD), or a similar qualification from an accredited program.

• Strong comprehension of legal and financial terminology.

• Capability to deliver services via phone, text, video, and case management system.

• Proficiency in using motivational interviewing and solution-focused techniques.

• Ability to assess client needs and formulate personalized plans.

• Competence in tracking, monitoring, and documenting coaching sessions and related services.

• Skill in taking dictation for legal forms.

• Willingness to undergo ongoing training as required by the customer and Revelations.

• Capacity to sit for extended periods and utilize hand and finger dexterity.

• Ability to communicate verbally and possess visual acuity for operating equipment, reading technical information, and using a keyboard.

• Capability to manage concentration, maintain records, exercise independent judgment, and handle organization, prioritization, and multiple projects/tasks.
