This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Assist the Northeast Regional Sales Director in implementing strategies aimed at meeting new business and revenue objectives.

• Help foster and sustain strong relationships with benefit consultants, brokers, producers, and general agents throughout the region.

• Identify and nurture new business opportunities through proactive outreach and engagement with brokers.

• Collaborate with the Sales Director in broker meetings, follow-ups, and the continual management of relationships.

• Work alongside Sales Operations to handle prospect submissions in Salesforce and ensure accurate tracking of the pipeline.

• Aid in the formulation of regional sales strategies, market insights, and territory planning initiatives.

• Provide regular updates on pipeline activity, broker engagement, and regional performance metrics.

• Eligible for incentive compensation linked to monthly and annual sales performance in alignment with the Northeast Regional Sales Director.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

• 1–4+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development is preferred.

• Familiarity with the health insurance, benefits, or third-party administration (TPA) sectors is advantageous.

• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with a keen interest in adopting a consultative sales approach.

• Highly organized with the capacity to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Proficient in CRM tools, with Salesforce experience preferred.

• Self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic, high integrity, and a desire to advance in a sales career.

• Travel of approximately 25–50% required within the Northeast region.
