Sales Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Provide exceptional customer service while addressing objections with professionalism and courtesy.

• Continuously exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.

• Make outbound calls to prospective business clients and arrange appointments for Australian businesses.

• Transform inbound and outbound leads into qualified appointments for brokers.

• Follow call scripts and adhere to established sales procedures.

• Engage with prospects over the phone to discuss their lending needs.

• Spot opportunities to refinance current loans or obtain financing for new investments.

• Motivate customers to utilize the online platform for document submission and information prior to appointments.

• Accurately document all call details in the specified system.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in lead generation, appointment setting, sales, or a related field, ideally within finance or banking.

• Proven history of consistently surpassing targets.

• Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities, both over the phone and via email.

• Demonstrated experience in cold calling or making outbound calls.

• Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

• Previous experience with Australian clients is preferred.

• Familiarity with lead generation tools and CRM systems is advantageous.
