This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct targeted outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to create new business opportunities.
• Maintain high activity levels (300+ calls and 200+ emails weekly) while prioritizing quality conversations and qualified meetings.
• Identify and engage prospects within both designated and non-designated territories.
• Collaborate with your assigned Account Executives to formulate territory strategies, exchange insights, and synchronize outreach efforts.
• Consistently utilize AI tools (e.g., Claude) throughout the core sales process.
• Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator, AI-driven prospecting tools, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to establish and maintain a well-organized pipeline.
• Stay updated on industry news, funding announcements, acquisitions, leadership changes, and other trigger events to identify timely outreach opportunities.
• Participate in and support industry events, conferences, and webinars to identify prospects and cultivate relationships.
• Proven experience in cold calling.
• Documented success in a previous sales or business development position that required meeting daily/weekly calling and emailing KPIs.
• Preferred Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, etc.).
• Experience in attending industry events and generating interest.
• Background in designing and executing outbound campaigns.
• A history of consistently meeting or surpassing monthly/quarterly quotas.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills that are clear and concise.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
• Experience in SaaS or financial technology sales.
• Regular use of AI tools in sales processes and the ability to establish repeatable procedures.
