This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Identify and engage with potential customers through multiple channels, such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
• Develop and sustain robust, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Perform comprehensive needs assessments to comprehend customer objectives and propose tailored solutions.
• Present product features, advantages, and value propositions in a clear, engaging, and professional manner.
• Generate qualified leads and maintain an organized sales pipeline utilizing CRM systems.
• Meet or exceed designated sales targets and key performance indicators while upholding quality standards.
• Prepare and present personalized proposals and presentations customized to client needs.
• Guide customers through the entire sales journey, from the initial consultation to closing and beyond.
• Keep accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, market developments, and regulatory requirements.
• Deliver exceptional ongoing customer service, including policy reviews, renewals, and customer support.
• Collaborate with team members and management to refine sales strategies and best practices.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns with empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to resolution.
• Organize your time effectively to balance prospecting, client meetings, administrative duties, and professional growth.
• Proven experience in sales or a successful track record in a customer-facing position.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, able to convey complex information clearly.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities, with a genuine enthusiasm for helping others.
• Capability to evaluate customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Proficient in CRM software and general computer applications.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently, and achieve ambitious sales goals.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to quickly build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
• Problem-solving orientation with resilience in navigating objections and challenges.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
• Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field (Preferred).
• Previous experience in a consultative sales environment (Preferred).
• Knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics (Preferred).
• Experience with lead generation and pipeline management (Preferred).
• Familiarity with negotiation techniques and closing strategies (Preferred).
• Certification or training in sales methodologies or customer relationship management (Preferred).
• Bilingual abilities (a plus for our Portland market) (Preferred).
