This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Assist the Regional Sales Director (RSD) and Executive Account Managers (EAMs) in planning, coordinating, and implementing sales initiatives.
• Act as a primary contact for clients, addressing questions and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Manage follow-up communications to ensure customer satisfaction and enhance sales efforts.
• Keep precise records of sales activities, customer interactions, and account information within the CRM system.
• Implement best practices to guarantee accurate targeting and appropriate reimbursement methods.
• Aid EAMs in carrying out market research and analyzing competitors.
• Collect and systematize customer feedback for the sales and product development teams.
• Organize and conduct product demonstrations, trade shows, and training sessions.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, presentations, materials, sales forecasts, and performance opportunities for the Executive Area Manager.
• Oversee scheduling, travel arrangements, and event planning for sales-related activities.
• Ensure that materials and equipment are ready for events, utilizing approved corporate literature, scientific data, presentations, and claims.
• Acquire a thorough understanding of ETS skin substitute products and services.
• Develop and sustain relationships with healthcare decision-makers and influencers.
• Facilitate order processing, monitor orders, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely delivery.
• Remain knowledgeable about market trends, competitive activities, and advancements in wound care.
• Share insights from the marketplace and identify opportunities with the ETS team.
• Ensure all activities adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and relevant laws.
• A Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent experience is required.
• 1-2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles, preferably within the healthcare or medical device sectors.
• 1-2 years of experience in the medical device, biotechnology, and tissue biologics sectors of the healthcare industry is preferred.
• Experience in the healthcare, medical device, or pharmaceutical industries is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with supporting field sales teams, including scheduling and organizing events, is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with CRM systems like Dynamics, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
• Comfortable using virtual communication tools such as Microsoft Teams.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for occasional travel.
• Willingness to travel or work outside of standard business hours when necessary.
• Previous experience in startup and mid-sized companies is beneficial.
• Must adhere to company policies, travel/expense guidelines, Code of Ethics, and applicable federal/state/local laws.
