Sales Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and sustain outstanding customer relationships through the sales of IQSIGHT products.

• Promote, quote, and sell IQSIGHT video solutions.

• Make outbound calls to designated accounts to enhance sales.

• Actively seek new business partnerships.

• Identify key decision-makers to kickstart the sales process.

• Deliver accurate written quotations for products and pricing.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED is mandatory; an Associate degree in Business is preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in pre-sales, customer service, or inside sales.

• Proficient understanding of Security Systems products, with a focus on video solutions.

• Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.

• Experience with SAP is an advantage.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Professional demeanor in telephone interactions.

• Capability to manage stressful situations with professionalism.

• Exhibit a strong aptitude for technology and a commitment to ongoing learning.
