This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Assist Territory Representatives in achieving their sales targets by reaching out to lower-volume customers to promote products and programs.
β’ Provide coverage for designated territories as needed within the region to support staff on vacation.
β’ Oversee a temporarily assigned territory, which includes scheduling, organizing the territory, and managing CRM/enterprise systems.
β’ Ensure customer satisfaction by demonstrating a customer-centric mindset and utilizing a consultative approach within a team setting.
β’ Position yourself as the primary expert for your customers by blending a robust understanding of technical knowledge, business insight, and a considerate customer approach.
β’ Exceptional verbal, written, and listening communication abilities.
β’ Strong relationship management skills and effective team collaboration.
β’ Proven enthusiasm for serving customers and developing innovative solutions.
β’ Must be willing to travel up to 80% of the time, including overnight stays for training and other events.
β’ Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
β’ A four-year college degree is preferred, or an equivalent combination of four years of college education and customer-facing work experience.
