This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Reach out to and follow up with both inbound and outbound leads.
• Qualify prospects and schedule meetings.
• Coordinate schedules and facilitate live transfers when necessary.
• Keep the CRM updated with notes and activities.
• Document detailed information from meetings with prospects and clients.
• Organize and prioritize leads based on urgency and likelihood of closure.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales environments, commercial support, or scheduling business appointments for clients in the U.S.
• Advanced English (B2+/C1) – clear and professional communication skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and tools such as Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Remote work available (Cali, Medellín, Bogotá, Barranquilla, Bucaramanga)
• 25 hours per week
