This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist sales representatives with their daily tasks to enhance productivity and ensure prompt follow-up on essential initiatives.
• Aid in lead generation, follow-up with prospects, and the management of incoming inquiries.
• Help monitor and report on sales activities, pipeline metrics, and other critical performance indicators.
• Oversee scheduling, calendar management, and meeting arrangements for the sales team members.
• Ensure accurate and current customer and prospect information is maintained within Salesforce CRM.
• Organize, track, and maintain sales-related documents, reports, and data.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and other internal teams to align activities and ensure smooth execution.
• Facilitate interdepartmental communication to guarantee that tasks and deliverables are completed on time.
• Provide support for ad hoc projects and operational initiatives as business needs change.
• You have prior experience in sales support, administrative assistance, customer success, or a related coordination position.
• You have worked in K–12 education or education-related sectors; experience in EdTech is preferred.
• You possess outstanding organizational abilities and a keen attention to detail.
• You exhibit excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• You can effectively juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• You are proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM or similar customer relationship management systems is preferred.
• You are a proactive self-starter who takes initiative and can work independently with minimal oversight.
• You are cooperative, adaptable, and enjoy assisting teammates in reaching common objectives.
• You have strong problem-solving capabilities and show a willingness to learn and develop.
