This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Assist customers by responding to inquiries through calls, emails, and chats.
• Exhibit knowledge and expertise in managing a significant volume of both internal and external customer inquiries, including handling escalations.
• Address customer questions and issues swiftly and efficiently.
• Initiate, execute, communicate, and document projects as necessary.
• Serve as a bridge to other departments, ensuring follow-up actions are taken to fulfill customer requirements.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with customers to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
• Work collaboratively with other teams to identify, analyze, and enhance processes.
• Record relevant information and data into suitable databases for future reference and analysis.
• A bachelor's degree is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a comparable role is preferred.
• Ability to effectively diffuse customer concerns and provide solutions.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
