Sales Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Gather information on incoming leads utilizing Shopify and Store Leads to provide the sales team with essential details for a demo call.

• Evaluate lead flow charts to determine if a new inbound lead is suitable for the sales team.

• Discover and investigate potential outbound leads for the sales team. This may include leveraging databases, online research tools, and other resources to identify potential clients and tailor outreach to their brand.

• Oversee and organize sales data. This may involve entering data into databases, maintaining data accuracy, and generating reports and dashboards for the sales team.

• Execute various administrative duties such as composing and replying to emails, arranging appointments, and keeping sales records up to date.

• Perform market research to assist the sales team in gaining insights into their target audience, competitors, and industry trends. This might include analyzing sales data, conducting surveys, and reviewing industry publications.

• Aid the sales team in their revenue-generating initiatives. This may involve supporting sales presentations, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with other departments.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales Assistance or Lead Generation roles

• Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM platforms

• Strong analytical abilities to interpret and analyze data, identify trends and patterns, and extract valuable insights from research results.

• A sharp attention to detail and the capacity to spot errors or inconsistencies in data

• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills

• Capability to manage priorities and workflow effectively

• Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple projects while meeting deadlines
