Sales Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +15 more states.

📋 Description

• Process and direct sales leads to the relevant team members.

• Assist with trade show follow-up, including the delivery of literature and samples.

• Provide support to sales staff through outbound calls as necessary.

• Maintain and refresh sales data, reports, and records.

• Conduct data entry to monitor sales literature, samples, and services.

• Handle incoming calls, manage emails, and relay messages efficiently.

• Address routine product inquiries and escalate issues when needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma is mandatory; a 2- or 4-year college degree is preferred.

• 3–5 years of experience in customer service or sales support is required.

• Excellent telephone, written communication, and computer skills.

• Proficient in using databases and word processing software.

• Highly organized, reliable, detail-oriented, and resourceful.

• Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• A team player who can also work independently.
