This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan aimed at increasing the company's market share in North America.
• Identify new business prospects and oversee the complete sales cycle, from lead generation through to contract negotiation and finalization.
• Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, integrators, and distributors.
• Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to create tailored solutions for clients.
• Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to offer insights for product development and marketing strategies.
• Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings both in North America and internationally as required.
• Prepare precise sales forecasts, reports, and market analyses.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of B2B sales experience in the sectors of industrial automation, intralogistics, warehousing, or industrial equipment.
• In-depth knowledge of intralogistics systems, such as AGVs, robotics, AS/RS, conveyors, and WMS integration.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is essential; Italian language skills (written and spoken) are a plus.
• Experience in managing complex sales cycles and engaging with multinational clients.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Willingness to travel frequently within North America and occasionally to the headquarters abroad.
