This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Finland.
• Act as the main technical support resource for Intel's sales account.
• Partner with the Sales team to identify customer requirements and create tailored technical solutions.
• Prepare and present technical demonstrations, product showcases, and customer proposals.
• Assess customer specifications and suggest suitable products and solutions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, and Manufacturing to guarantee technical feasibility and successful project implementation.
• Assist with RFQs, quotations, technical documentation, and product selection processes.
• Proactively work towards securing Design Wins.
• Handle technical discussions with customer engineering teams and provide prompt responses to technical inquiries.
• Engage in customer meetings, design evaluations, and project planning sessions.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies pertinent to the customer's business.
• Support new product launches and facilitate successful product qualifications.
• Cultivate strong customer relationships while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Travel as necessary to customer sites and internal meetings.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5-10 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Application Engineering, Field Applications Engineering, or Technical Sales.
• Experience providing support to customers in the telecommunications or networking sectors.
• Profound technical knowledge of telecom segments including RAN, cloud RAN, fixed and optical networks, IP routing, and implementation using CPUs, ASICs, GPUs, custom silicon, ASSPs, and AI solutions for access, edge, core networks, and network infrastructure.
• Comprehensive understanding of Intel data center, client, and edge products.
• Proven success in driving design wins or qualifications at OEMs.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and convert customer needs into effective solutions.
• Skilled in managing multiple initiatives and priorities efficiently.
• Strong time-management and organizational abilities to coordinate complex projects.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in English, with the capability to collaborate effectively with both sales and engineering teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proactive individual with the ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
• Experience working in cross-functional and global teams.
