Sales and Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.

📋 Description

• Establishing long-term relationships with both new and existing customers

• Following up on leads and executing sales

• Guiding farmers through the purchasing process and their initial period with Nofence

• Providing practical and technical support via phone, email, and digital channels

• Contributing to the development of the Swedish organization and customer experience from the ground up

• Participating in farm visits, customer meetings, and trade fairs on select occasions

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in sales, customer support, or advisory customer roles

• Background in animal husbandry and a solid understanding of agriculture or pasture management

• Strong interest in new technology and comfort with digital tools

• Experience working in startups/scale-ups or smaller organizations where personal initiative and clear ownership are crucial

• Trustworthy, self-motivated, responsible, and enjoys a role where much is built from scratch

• Fluent in both Swedish and English.
