Sales and Order Operations Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Assist partner brands by overseeing backend project coordination and managing customer interactions.

• Support sales executives in providing outstanding promotional product solutions.

• Keep the margins workbook updated with current pricing and product information.

• Create, modify, and maintain product presentations that include descriptions and features.

• Offer sales assistance for Enterprise house accounts as well as traveling sales representatives.

• Input and monitor operational items in NetSuite or other CRM systems as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• 1-2 years of experience in a direct role related to Promotional, Sales, Customer Service, or Order Management.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (required): Intermediate to advanced skills; understanding of pricing and margin concepts; must be comfortable with pivot tables, formulas, lookups, and data validation/cleanup.

• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint (required): Capable of building and updating client-ready presentations; maintain standard decks (e.g., inventory deck).

• Accurate tracking of PO/POD and effective file management.

• Provide timely, clear status updates along with professional follow-up.

• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines effectively.

• Experience with data entry and hygiene in NetSuite.
