This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Efficiently process and synchronize orders using WooCommerce and QuickBooks.
• Verify order details to ensure accuracy in pricing and fulfillment conditions.
• Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure shipments are accurate and timely.
• Oversee order logistics, addressing changes and keeping customers informed throughout the process.
• Coordinate LTL freight scheduling for both outbound customer pickups and internal transfers.
• Manage delivery timelines across a network of carriers, warehouses, and external clients.
• Ensure transit accuracy by monitoring shipments and addressing logistical challenges, including damage claims and delivery delays.
• Assist sales operations through account management, order tracking, and maintenance of price lists.
• Handle special requests and pricing approvals across departments to ensure prompt execution.
• Organize and maintain customer files, ensuring all records are accurate and readily accessible.
• Compile and distribute inventory reports to ensure alignment between sales and operations.
• Oversee sales reporting, including automated weekly updates and custom ad-hoc requests.
• Monitor inventory movement to proactively identify potential stock-outs or fulfillment risks.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales operations, order management, logistics, or a related field.
• Preferably, hands-on experience with QuickBooks and/or WooCommerce.
• High proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets is essential.
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator is considered a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills are required.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and adhere to deadlines is crucial.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach are essential.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in coordinating LTL freight shipments, a background in CPG, wholesale, or e-commerce environments, and familiarity with inventory management and fulfillment workflows.
