📋 Description

• Assist in enhancing the company’s sales and marketing framework by effectively executing campaigns, funnels, launches, content assets, and backend systems in a professional manner.

• Develop and optimize Kajabi pages.

• Create and oversee landing pages.

• Aid in website flow and navigation.

• Implement evergreen funnels.

• Set up offers, forms, and integrations.

• Manage automations and workflows.

• Support event setup and backend systems.

• Resolve technical issues as they arise.

• Construct and organize email sequences.

• Design and schedule newsletters.

• Assist with evergreen nurture campaigns.

• Contribute to launch execution.

• Help enhance funnel performance.

• Support the implementation of customer journey strategies.

• Maintain workflows for audience nurturing.

• Create graphic design materials.

• Ensure visual brand consistency.

• Edit videos for: Reels, Shorts, Stories, VSLs, Educational programs, and social media clips.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience with: Kajabi (strongly preferred)

• Canva

• ChatGPT and AI-assisted workflows

• CapCut or similar video editing tools

• Google Drive

• ManyChat

• Meta platforms

• LinkedIn

• Proficient spoken and written English appropriate for a North American audience

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities

• Detail-oriented and proactive approach

• Collaborative and adaptable mindset

• Understanding of: Basic sales psychology

• Lead nurturing

• Conversion-focused marketing strategies

• Customer journey flow knowledge
