Sales and Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.

📋 Description

• Create and implement detailed sales and marketing strategies for both domestic and international markets (B2B & B2C) by evaluating market trends, competitor behaviors, and pricing changes to inform strategic choices.

• Spearhead the identification, acquisition, and development of new local and global buyers to meet monthly and yearly sales objectives while ensuring all contracts are in line with production capabilities and quality standards.

• Develop and execute cohesive offline and online marketing initiatives to boost brand recognition, while establishing market segmentation, product positioning, and pricing strategies in accordance with coffee market trends and quality metrics.

• Establish and nurture long-lasting relationships with buyers, distributors, roasters, traders, and business associates through effective negotiation techniques.

• Collaborate closely with operational and processing teams to guarantee product availability and fulfillment (volume, quality, and delivery timelines) based on current market demands and feedback.
