This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Follow up on incoming and warm sales leads, converting them into confirmed sales.
• Conduct cold calling and engage in business development activities.
• Interact with potential clients to assess their needs and clearly articulate the services offered.
• Deliver professional customer support to existing clients by addressing inquiries via email, phone, or online platforms.
• Keep precise records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions.
• Aid in the onboarding process of new clients by ensuring that all necessary information and documentation are completed.
• Collaborate with internal consultants to facilitate smooth transitions and maintain ongoing client satisfaction.
• Provide assistance with basic administrative tasks related to sales and customer support as needed.
• Demonstrated experience in sales, lead conversion, or roles that involve client interaction (such as inside sales, account management, or customer support).
• Excellent communication skills, with the capacity to build trust and rapport in a remote setting.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage time in a part-time, remote work environment.
• Confidence in addressing objections and guiding clients toward informed decision-making.
• Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CRM systems or similar tools is a plus.
