This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Assist with order processing and invoicing tasks
• Address customer inquiries effectively
• Provide detailed explanations of products and services
• Offer support for online platforms and order-related challenges
• Help with database management or data communication issues
• Ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term client relationships
• Aid in maintaining the quality management system and compliance standards

• Proficiency in German and business-level English
• Technical expertise in documentation and data management
• Prior experience in order entry is beneficial
• Familiarity with Salesforce and SAP is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
