This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.
• Manage the performance of Write Edge's online division
• Assist with daily operations and administrative tasks
• Ensure the safety and proper conduct of students
• Handle and resolve staff inquiries and complaints
• Train and supervise new team members in customer support
• Plan and facilitate online open houses
• Ensure the seamless operation of online classes and provide troubleshooting assistance
• Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Skilled in Google Suite and Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with Google Classroom and Zoom is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written proficiency in English
• Capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment
• Possess emotional maturity and strong interpersonal skills
• Leadership abilities and project management experience are advantageous
• Strong support and collaboration within the team
