This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Respond promptly to all incoming customer service phone calls and emails.
• Engage in live chat with customers as requests are received.
• Foster relationships and actively engage with customers.
• Assess customers’ needs, which includes clarifying customer information, order details, researching and resolving customer issues, and providing solutions or alternatives.
• Serve as a liaison between the headquarters and various retail departments.
• A minimum of 1 year of prior customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in retail or eCommerce.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on process, and capable of prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
• Previous experience dealing with customers in English.
• Ability to manage a high volume of incoming phone calls.
• Strong communication skills and the capacity to solve problems under pressure.
• A startup mentality, with a positive and proactive approach.
• Capability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic entrepreneurial setting.
• Experience with Google Suite, Zendesk, and Shopify is an advantage.
