This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Provide customer service through e-mail, phone, or social media to address any incidents that may arise.
• Manage incoming calls, chats, and customer service inquiries effectively.
• Deliver accurate, valid, and complete information utilizing appropriate methods and tools.
• Address customer complaints by offering suitable solutions and alternatives within specified time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. Maintain records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and organize documentation.
• Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Go the extra mile to engage with customers.
• Since the resolution of incidents can vary, concurrent work for the Department of Operations will also be required.
• Work schedule: 16:00 pm - 00:00 am with a 30-minute break.
• Prior experience in User Support or Customer Service roles is highly valued.
• Previous experience with Zendesk is preferred.
• Proficient in Portuguese (oral & written) and fluent in English.
• Capable of planning, organizing, prioritizing, and executing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be a solution-oriented and dependable professional.
• Extremely detail-oriented with excellent time management abilities.
• Demonstrate flexibility as changes can occur rapidly, and the ability to adapt is essential.
