This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).
• Provide outstanding assistance through phone, email, and text communications.
• Support customers with scheduling, enrollments, payment processing, and general inquiries.
• Ensure a positive experience for all customers.
• Keep precise customer records and prepare evaluation reports.
• Collaborate with instructors to manage daily administrative tasks.
• Proficient in both English and Farsi (spoken and written).
• Strong skills in customer service, communication, and call management.
• Excellent written communication abilities for email and text support.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking effectively.
• Skilled in Microsoft Outlook and eager to learn new systems.
• Self-driven with the capacity to work independently in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with driving school operations, scheduling procedures, or DMV-related processes.
