This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
β’ Delivers outstanding customer experience by responding to inquiries through various channels (telephone, email, chat, ticketing, etc.) in a support-center setting that complies with scheduled shifts, procedures, metrics, and departmental objectives.
β’ Handles inbound customer service and technical support calls from our clients.
β’ Utilizes documentation and support resources to operate with accuracy.
β’ Employs professionalism and diplomacy to address occasionally critical or challenging situations.
β’ Ensures prompt and effective resolution of customer service and payment inquiries.
β’ Detects trends and reports them to foster continuous process enhancement.
β’ Undertakes any other related tasks considered vital to the company's success and our customers' satisfaction.
β’ Enjoys collaborating within a team while fulfilling responsibilities.
β’ Values producing high-quality work.
β’ Implements well-documented processes and seeks solutions when there are gaps in process documentation.
β’ Is motivated by opportunities for professional skill development and learning.
β’ Takes pride in problem-solving capabilities.
β’ High school diploma or equivalent required.
β’ Fluent in both English and Spanish.
