Sales and Business Development Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Create new business opportunities through both inbound and outbound sales efforts.

• Conduct initial discovery calls and virtual software demonstrations with potential clients.

• Develop and sustain a robust sales pipeline by engaging in prospecting, follow-up, and lead nurturing activities.

• Oversee opportunities, activities, and customer interactions using HubSpot CRM.

• Implement outbound prospecting initiatives via phone, email, social media, and various outreach strategies.

• Recognize upsell and growth opportunities within existing client accounts and manage follow-up as necessary.

• Participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and events to represent iClassPro and create new business opportunities.

• Meet and surpass individual sales targets and performance benchmarks.

• Work collaboratively with Sales and Onboarding teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from initial contact through implementation.

• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and enhancements to iClassPro products.


⛳️ Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or a similar customer-facing role.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Proficient in establishing relationships through phone, video, email, and face-to-face interactions.

• Self-driven with the capability to prioritize tasks and work independently.

• Familiarity with a CRM platform such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or a comparable system is preferred.

• Capacity to learn new technologies and effectively convey software solutions to prospective clients.

• Goal-oriented approach with a commitment to achieving and exceeding performance standards.

• Willingness to travel for trade shows, conferences, and company events as required.
