Sales and Business Development Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Assist in the design and implementation of marketing programs.

• Collect and analyze market and customer data.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to facilitate lead generation efforts.

• Take part in developing pricing strategies.

• Aid the sales team in preparing sales proposals.

• Maintain and update sales databases and tracking systems.

• Conduct initial outreach to prospective clients under supervision.

• Address inbound sales inquiries.

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Assist in executing sales campaigns.

• Bachelor’s Degree.

• Communication: Skill in effectively conveying information.

• Data Analysis: Basic knowledge of analyzing sales data.

• CRM Systems: Familiarity with customer relationship management tools.

• Customer Focus: Understanding customer needs and ensuring their satisfaction.

• Problem-Solving: Basic skills in identifying and addressing issues.

• Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a team.

• Time Management: Efficiently managing tasks and meeting deadlines.

• Sales Techniques: Basic understanding of sales processes and techniques.

• Bilingual proficiency in English & Spanish is highly preferred.
